In accordance with the law of May 16, 2023 transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches or omissions of Union law, LuxRoutage has set up a reporting procedure dedicated to whistleblowers.

Whistleblowers may anonymously report any infringement (whistleblowing) contrary to the object or purpose of national or European law within the scope of LuxRoutage's professional activities by filling in the form below.

Through this reporting channel, LuxRoutage undertakes to protect whistleblowers and to process reports in accordance with legal provisions and deadlines.
